It's fast, sometimes tasty, and the tacos are delicious! I don't know why people would honestly give a fast food chain a bad review, you should know better. I also hear the bathrooms are divine.

Went to the location off 95 in the Winco parking lot. Worst service I've ever seen in my life! I was a restaurant manager for years and my experience here was ridiculous. The cashier was helpful, attentive and overall friendly. She was training and seemed to be the only competent employee there. She greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was quick to help. She is the only reason this location even got two stars. I had to wait 15 (!!!) minutes for my food. Completely unacceptable.

Not bad as far as fast food goes, service is fairly slow but the staff pretty friendly. Somewhat clean but not perfect. Hardly ever busy so that part is nice and it's close to shopping center and a gas station so location is good.

I don't know what the last reviewer is talking about. I've continued to visit most mornings before work and I can be in and out of the drive through in 2 minutes with a full breakfast. I would give it a 4 but the last reviewer is bringing this place down. Solid Jack in the Box location

Okay, it's a fast food chain restaurant. But.... The Monster Taco is BACK!! And these guys are making them perfectly. My husband has been addicted to them since growing up in Seal Beach, Cali (the Los Alamitos location is where he and his friends would hang out after school) and I must admit because of him, I got hooked on them. Heck, we have friends that moved to Tennessee 20 years ago (No Jack in the Boxes there!) and when they are anywhere near a Jack in the Box, they go crazy for the Tacos!!. But this location MAKES THEM RIGHT!! No throwing together of the ingredients and slamming them in their paper wrappers so that half of the lettuce falls out and you've got salsa juice dripping through the paper bag so that when you go to pick up the bag the bottom rips out and your dinner is lying on the passenger floor of your car. The employees here actually take their time (but still speedy:)) to prepare ALL of their food the way it should be, but especially THE MONSTER TACOS. We go thru the drive thru at least twice a month, often more, and have always had great service and really good food.
